Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom-built or restored pinball machines may require additional preparation time.
- If any delay occurs, you will be notified immediately via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- The size and weight of your order
- Your location
- The shipping method selected at checkout
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Large items such as full pinball machines require freight shipping. You will receive a detailed quote and confirmation before dispatch.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your region and chosen shipping method:
Domestic / EU Shipping

- Pinball machines and large items: 7–14 business days
International Shipping

4. Freight Shipping for Pinball Machines
Pinball machines require specialized handling.
All machines are shipped using secure, insured freight services, including:
- Palletizing and protective wrapping
- Shock-absorbent materials
- Edge and corner protection
- Insurance coverage during transit
You will receive:
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier contact details
Delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier’s system.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Pin Labz is not liable for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately so we can attempt to make corrections before dispatch.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take shipping safety seriously. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos/videos of the damage
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will file a claim with the carrier and guide you through repair, replacement, or refund options.
Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier. Claims may take up to 10 business days to resolve.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by their country.
These costs are not included in shipping fees.
9. Delivery Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery without approval from Pin Labz:
- All return shipping costs
- Any additional freight fees
- A 15% restocking fee
