Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Return Conditions
Our pinball machines and parts are carefully inspected and tested before shipping.
Because most of our machines are vintage or restored items, slight variations in appearance, artwork, or sound are normal and do not qualify as defects.
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or non-functional due to shipping.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- A significant functional defect occurs within the warranty period that cannot be repaired remotely.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item name/model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, shipping damage, etc.).
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all included accessories and manuals.
- Returned items must be shipped using insured freight or courier services.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Shipping and installation costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order machines
- Items sold “as is” or listed as used/vintage condition
- Replacement parts that have been installed or modified
- Gift cards and digital downloads
6. Warranty Repairs
If your pinball machine develops a technical issue after delivery, please contact us immediately.
We offer limited warranty repairs on all machines sold, covering mechanical and electronic defects not caused by misuse, modification, or transport damage.
In many cases, our technicians can assist remotely with troubleshooting before arranging a return.
